Nitin Dawar of Rajguru Nagar has leveled an accusation of bribe alongside employees of a BMW dealer plus an insurance business. He alleged that they were challenging a Rs 1.5 lakh bribe from him to discharge his car which was revamped in the organization under insurance coat after an accident.

Workers of the merchant and the insurance company have positively deprived of the allegations. Nitin supposed that after his BMW car meets with a calamity, he took it to Krishna Automobiles, Ludhiana, for patch up as the vehicle car was completely insured. The corporation prepared an Rs 8.50-lakh bill for its revamp.

“At present, employees of the dealer and the insurance corporation are demanding Rs 1.50 lakh backhander to discharge the vehicle. I complete a grumble to the CP, Ludhiana, who marked the similar to the ACP, Licensing local office, Ranjit Singh,” he supposed.

Rishi Bhaseen of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. termed the allegations as bogus and aggravated.

In its place, Nitin was not coming to gather the car and he has also not been implemented the official procedure required to discharge the accepted insurance claim, he supposed.

He said the plaintiff, Nitin, would have to face insult for filing an unfounded complaint and he had previously given his declaration to ACP Ranjit Singh. Rajdeep Kundra of Krishna Automobiles also deprived of the accusation of a backhander.
